The Town of Kingsville is reviewing its customer service delivery and developing service standards to enhance the customer service experience for residents and other stakeholders. To guide this work, we invite you to take a short survey. This survey will require approximately 10 minutes of your time.
The feedback will be summarized and used to create themes that will inform the customer service review. The consultant, Dr. Janice Forsyth, Foresight Management Consulting, will receive all responses directly and provide aggregate results to Administration. Individual respondents will not be identified.
