Sidewalks & parking lots are done up to 48 hours after the snowfall ends.

It is my understanding that you are not to park on the road during winter or at least during and after a snow event yet there are cars parked at the corner of McCallum and Division North all the time. I drove by yesterday and it is plain to see that they were never moved as there is still snow that hasn’t been plowed. Isn’t this a bylaw infraction?
