(KINGSVILLE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Kingsville Fire Department and Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Service (EMS) is currently at the scene of fatal motor vehicle collision on Heritage Road in the Town of Kingsville.

Officers were called to Heritage Road near Park Avenue at approximately 12:05 p.m. for a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.

The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigator (TTCI) is currently on scene and Heritage Road between Harold Cull Drive and Conservation Boulevard is expected to remain closed for several hours as the investigation is conducted.

The deceased pedestrian has not been identified pending notification of next of kin.
