Vanessa Van Roie
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Vanessa Van Roie. The beloved partner of James Beaudoin. Adored daughter of the late Guy Van Roie and Kathy Malott (Eric). Vanessa was the proud mother to Allison Scott, Emma Van Roie, Emerson Van Roie, Emmett Van Roie, Avery Van Roie, and Anderson Van Roie.
She will be missed by her siblings, Charlie Malott (Erin), Victor Van Roie (Sadie), Jessie Van Roie (Iovnne), and Julian Van Roie (Heather). Vanessa will also be fondly remembered by her Uncle Ken and Aunt Nathalie, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Vanessa was a wonderful woman, with so many stories, friends, and experiences. She truly was one of the friendliest, most helpful, and down to earth people we knew. Her passing is, and forever will be a devastating thought in our minds. Though she will be deeply missed, her love will always be with us.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kendrick Funeral Home. As per Vanessa’s wishes, a private family service will be held. If desired, a donation to the fund for Vanessa and James’ children would be greatly appreciated (cheques may be made out to James Beaudoin).
I’m still in complete shock. Grew up with the Van Roie family. Vanessa was such a great person growing up… even though she was a few years younger than me I always found myself talking with her when I’d be over to hang out with her older brothers. She had an infectious smile and a heart of gold that just made you want to be around her.
My deepest condolences are with her family during this difficult time. I can’t even imagine. Stay strong. ❤️
