Kingsville Town Council will review the following applications at its June 16, 2025 Council meeting:
- 76 County Road 14 East: Applications for a surplus dwelling. The applicant wants to sever an existing dwelling and accessory structures that are deemed surplus to the farming use onto a new lot. B-2025-8 & ZBA-2025-7.
- 389 County Road 20: Applications for a surplus dwelling. The applicant wants to sever an existing dwelling onto its own lot and retain an existing dwelling and the farmland on a separate lot. B-2025-9 & ZBA-2025-4.
- 2170 Talbot Road (County Road 34): Application for a by-law amendment. The applicant wants to include excess soil processing on site as an additional permitted use. ZBA-2025-5.
- 1529 Union Avenue (County Road 45): Applications for a zoning by-law amendment & severance. The applicant wants to sever the existing dwelling and greenhouses onto a new lot and retain the vacant parcel. Amendments to the zoning will be required to recognize relief from the zoning by-law and to permit a future expansion of the existing water facility. ZBA-2025-3 & B-2025-7.
