Martin John Pollinger

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marty, late of Kingsville, on May 9, 2025 at the age of 84.
Beloved husband of Judi for 49 years.
Loving and proud father of Kevin Pollinger (Windsor) and Kristen (Jeff) Tellier (Essex).
Grandpa will be dearly missed by his cherished grandchildren; Owen, Jack, Emma, and Hailey.
He was predeceased by his three sisters; Lena, Liz, and Barb.

Marty is survived by many nieces and nephews. He will also be fondly remembered by his friends and family.

Marty loved the outdoors and spent many summers boating and fishing on Lake Erie, but his real passion was hunting. He was an avid and loyal fan of the Detroit Red Wings, Tigers, Lions, and Nascar. Marty was an office employee at Chrysler Canada for 28 years.

He will remain in our hearts forever.

Friends and family are invited to visitation at Kendrick Funeral Home – Kingsville on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.

Words of remembrance by family at 7:30pm.

A funeral Mass will take place at St. John de Brebeuf Church on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 10:30am. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.

If so desired, donations in memory of Marty made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
