- 100 Michelle Drive: An application for minor variance. The applicant is requesting relief from the minimum front-yard setback for a proposed Additional Dwelling Unit. B-2025-2
- 426 Road 10 East: An application for minor variance. The applicant is requesting relief from the maximum floor area for a proposed Additional Dwelling Unit. B-2025-3
