Alice Rose Wigle (nee Klie)

Alice passed away peacefully at the Sun Parlor Home, Leamington on Sunday, May 17, 2025 at the age of 85. Survived by her loving husband Dean, with whom she shared the last 70 years. Dear mother of daughter, Deana (Robert) Gerry and predeceased by daughter, Kelly Klassen (1999).

Loving grandmother of Lauren Kissner, Breanne (Evan) Bruce, and Brittany Kissner. Loving great grandma of Becky and Logan Bruce. Sister-in-law of Hadley and Alma Wigle and Glenn Stephens.

Alice is predeceased by her parents, Martin and Margaret (nee Laramie) Klie, and sisters, Irene Clark, Jean Johnson, Marion Chapman and Donna Stephens. Alice will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

Special thanks to the staff at the Sun Parlor Home for the wonderful care shown to Alice during her stay with them.

As per Alice’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Alice may be made by cheque payable to the Darling Home for Kids, (5657 15 Side Road, Milton, ON L7J 2L7).
