Tillie Guenzel

Passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025 at the age of 90.
Predeceased by her loving husband Otto (2018).
Cherished mother of Carmen Guenzel and Carl Guenzel.
Proud Oma of Katie (Ryan), Kaela (John), Victoria (Matt), and Eric and great-oma of Freya.
Caring sister of Bruno (late Sybille) (Wilma) Lokstadt, and the late Ellie (Heinz) Winkler.
Tillie will also missed by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A special thank you to Dr. Moncur and the staff at the Sun Parlor home, and at Chartwell Retirement Home for all of their care and compassion over the years.

Tillie worked at Sun Parlor home as the activity director for 34 years and she absolutely loved her job and the people she worked with.
She was very active in the Salvation Amy Church and was always volunteering.
In her spare time, Tillie enjoyed gardening, cooking, and needlework – mostly weaving.
Family was very important to Tillie, she kept close relationships with her family in Canada and overseas.

Visitation at Kendrick Funeral Home – Kingsville on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 10am until time of funeral service at 11am.
If so desired, donations in memory of Tillie made to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
