Leslie Rusnak

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Leslie Marie Rusnak (nee Reitzel). Beloved wife of Larry Rusnak. Leslie passed away on April 5 of 2025 at the age of 74 in Kingsville, ON. Cherished Mother of Jenny Nantais and son-in-law Dan Nantais. Leslie was predeceased by her loving son Chris Rusnak in 2015. Loving sister of Greg Reitzel (Penny), Jeannie Fauteux (nee Reitzel) (Joe), and Lisa Bomben (nee Reitzel) (Randy).

Adored sister-in-law of Gail, Lorne (Herjinder) and Ken (Joanne) Rusnak. Cherished Gramma of Charlotte and Declan Nantais. Leslie will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews including Nicole, Heidi, Joey, Jamie, Greg, Rob, Jeff, Amber and Krista as well as her friends.

Larry and Leslie were high school sweethearts, together for 58 years and married for the last 53 years. Born on October 16, 1950, in Windsor. Leslie enjoyed gardening, reading, spending time at the cottage and spending time with her loved ones.

Leslie was the embodiment of family first and had an unwavering faith. Leslie also had a deep appreciation and love for music which she shared with her husband. Leslie was also a great cook and baker and was famous for her delicious lasagna and cheesecake.

There are no words to express what this loss means, how deeply she is loved, and the legacy of love and laughter she leaves behind.

Per Leslie’s wishes, a private family celebration of Leslie’s life will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to Kendrick Funeral Home, Kingsville. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.kendrickfuneralhome.com.
