The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following applications at its April 15, 2025 meeting:
- 1357 Heritage Road (County Road 50): An application for a technical severance. The applicants are proposing to re-establish lots that have merged on title as separate lots. No new lots are being proposed. B-2025-3
- 614 County Road 8 & Vacant Land County Road 8: An application for consent. The applicants are proposing a boundary adjustment by adding a portion of an adjacent vacant lot to 614 County Road 8. B-2025-4
- 124 Mill Street West: An application for consent. The applicants are proposing the creation of one new lot. B-2025-5
