With heavy hearts, we are saddened to announce the passing of our mom, Dolores Mary Rocheleau (LeClair) on April 17, 2025 at the age of 99. Mom is united with the love of her life, Lawrence Joseph (1998) with whom they celebrated 57 years of marriage.

Their children; Jeanette Hogan (2011), Don (1999) and Joan, Ken (2020) and Rita, Judy Filiault and Len, Larry and Shirley, Ted and Jo-Ann. She will be sadly missed by Bernadette Dore and Laurie Renaud.

Mom had 18 grandchildren, and many great and great great grandchildren. Mom is predeceased by her parents Thomas and Alexandria and her siblings Emma, Rose, Mabel, Henry, Jack, Andy, Albert and Eli (WWll vet). Many nieces and nephews also survive.

Mom and Dad were foster parents with the Children’s Aid to many kids starting in the late 50’s and made a positive impact to many of those kids. Mom worked for N&D Grocery Store in South Windsor before moving out to Kingsville in the mid 60’s.

Mom had very strong Catholic beliefs and in receiving communion at the nursing home and in the hospital, brought her new life.

We cannot thank the care givers enough at the Southwood Lakes Nursing Home where they became part of mom’s family.

Visitation will be held at Kendrick Funeral Home (91 Division Street South, Kingsville) on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with parish prayers being said at 6:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. John de Brebeuf Church, Kingsville on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 10 a.m.

Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.
