Women’s Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc. (WEST) is excited to announce the grand opening of its second location, marking a significant milestone in its mission to support women in Windsor-Essex.

The new space located at the Roundhouse Plaza will allow WEST to expand its reach and continue providing vital services to women and families in the community.

WEST has been a trusted organization for over 35 years, providing essential services to women, including employment services, training programs, settlement support for newcomers, youth programs, and more.

WEST is dedicated to empowering women to succeed in the workforce and in their communities by offering comprehensive services that support personal, educational, and professional growth.

This new location is a reflection of WEST’s ongoing commitment to growth, service excellence, and empowering women in Windsor-Essex.

It will serve as a hub for our continued work in employment services and skilled trades, helping women in our community build brighter futures.

We invite the community and our partners to join us for this exciting event, where we will showcase our new facilities, share the vision for our expanded services, and celebrate the impact we continue to make in our region.

The grand opening event will take place on Thursday, January 30 at noon and will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, networking opportunities, and light refreshments.  The location is the Roundhouse Plaza, 3015 Howard Avenue, Unit 5 and is located next to Toys “R” Us, between Mission Thrift Store and Canadian Blood Services.
