Kingsville Town Council will review the following applications at its January 27, 2025 Council meeting:

B-2024-21 & ZBA-2024-14 – Applications for a surplus farm dwelling. The applicant is proposing to sever the existing house and accessory structure onto a new residential lot. The proposed remaining farmland will be rezoned to prevent any future residential development

B-2024-29 & ZBA-2024-20 – Applications for a surplus farm dwelling. The applicant is proposing to sever the existing house and accessory structure onto a new residential lot. The proposed remaining farmland will be rezoned to prevent any future residential development
