Your story is not over. Just because you are struggling and you feel it is the end, it is far from it. Your story has a happy ending. Remember, if your story is still in a battle, then you are not at the end of your book. Hang on. You will go through this with courage and rise. You will be an inspiration to people in the end. They will wonder how you overcame your struggles.
You must not quit now. It may seem like all hope is gone, but it’s not.
If you always carry faith, then hope will be there. Why worry when you know you will win in the end? Why worry when depression is not permanent. Why worry at all?
I say this to you because I was in your shoes and what I went through was hell. But, I believed that it wouldn’t last. And you know what? It didn’t.
I knew my story was not going to end as someone who struggled in life and that’s it. I wanted my story to be an inspiration for others that we must never quit through the dark times and rise above it all. We must be willing to make a change if things are not going the way we want them to.
I believed in myself which is why I overcame, and that is why I believe in you, too. You have to be strong through this.
You have to make progress and not just dwell on your problems. You are not a victim and you do not make excuses. So, do something to start improving your life right now after reading this. Take one positive action, and then another. And eventually, it will become a daily habit.
When you take positive actions, you will start to feel happier that you are not in the same place. But, in order to take positive actions, you have to have positive thoughts. They both work together like peanut butter and jelly.
One positive thought can start your day.
Many positive thoughts will change your life.
No matter what you go through, you have to be gentle with yourself. Treating yourself well will make all the difference in your future.
I cannot stress this enough that you have to make progress every day if you want things to get better. You have to do things that will make you feel uncomfortable in order to improve. You have to work on yourself and your happiness.
It can be telling someone with courage that you have depression. It can be seeing as an effective qualified therapist. It can be going to a crowded place. Whatever it is, something needs to change in your life.
When you stay in your comfort zone, then you are not making progress and you will be in the same state as you were. So, get outside of your comfort zone, champ. Dare to take risks.
Suicide is a big NO!
Do not ever consider suicide. Suicide will end your chances of a beautiful life. You still have a chance to turn your life around and make that happy ending with people who love you and build memories with them.
We all go through depression one time or another in our life. But, life is about having balance between good days and not so good. During the bad days, we can sit there, sulk and say, “My life sucks.” Or, we can say, “This is not going to last. I will go through this and I will handle this.”
With an outlook like that, you will be able to cope much better and prepare for awesome days ahead.
Now, I cannot foresee the future, but I believe in GOD and I have faith that He will take care of you. Your end of the story will be awesome. You will be so happy that even a bad day won’t faze you anymore.
Never surrender
You just can’t. You are not meant to. It is not what the universe wants of you. I believe that you go through struggles because God is testing your strength. He knows that He made you and He made a tough champion in you. So, be that tough champion and know that your good life is not far from reach. But, you also have to put in the work. As the saying goes, “God helps those who help themselves.”
Nothing is over. Everything is a start. A start for a new day, a new you, and a new life ahead.
God bless you and never give up.
