The County of Essex has added an online form to its website so that members of the public can easily contact all members of Council at the same time.
In the past, residents seeking to provide feedback to all members of Council at once had to type in individual email addresses. Now, they can simply provide their input using an online form that will send it to all members of Council.
The feedback will at the same time be sent to the Chief Administrative Officer and Clerk of the County of Essex, who can help when appropriate to address any issues or questions.
The new system aligns with goals in the County’s Strategic Plan calling on the County of Essex to promote awareness and transparency and be a government working for the people.
