Mental Health Mighties with Danny G: Lights, Camera, Positive Actions!

I am sure if you are reading this, you are a very kind person. A person who has been through a lot, but at the same time has overcome a lot, too. Being a good person that you are requires some action in your life. Maybe you have given compliments, helped someone, or given a gift. Whatever it may be, it was a positive and sincere action.

Actions are the most important part of getting something done. Our minds alone can’t physically make things happen, but it can create an idea that enables positive actions.

When you talk about accomplishing something, that is a good start in regards to seeing a clear direction of where you want to go. But, it has no meaning if all someone does is talk about their dreams, rather than pursuing them. And most of all, people won’t take the person seriously.

So, let’s look at some ways we can take some realistic and positive actions that help benefit our journey and fulfillment.

Goals … Do it for you!

The bottom line is to do it for yourself and prove it to yourself. If you want to do something to prove to someone that you are good enough, then stop because no matter what, you are good enough. That is what matters. People who have an opinion of you are NOT the definition of you. Put on your blinders and keep focusing on what you are working on attaining.

Go all the way without anything to say!

If you want something, then don’t even bother telling the world. Just go out there and do it. Remember, no one is going to care about your life more than you.

You have to take positive steps. That is plain and simple. So, I will say it again. Forget about telling the entire world the dreams you aspire to do and just do it. But, make sure it is coming from you and not someone telling you to do something.

Less worrying and more optimism

Our day starts with our thoughts. It will tell us what are day is going to be like from the moment we wake up, all the way to bedtime. So, your thoughts must be in parallel to your happiness and progress. It is okay to feel down, but try not to stay there. You have so much love and life to give.

Speaking of love …

More love and less hate

Love is a strong vibration that can heal you and the people around you. Love is gentle, peaceful, accepting, and kind. It is worthwhile to keep the vibration of love in your heart, as it can lead you to a better, happier, and more fulfilling life.

Forgive others who have wronged you, but don’t hold grudges or be bitter because the only one who will hurt is you. And you are much better than that.

Less hurting and more helping

The world will never and I mean never EVER get better if it continues to promote or glorify violence, racism and hate. We need more sincerity, compassion, and empathy. We need to put ourselves in other people’s shoes. This is the only way we can truly understand, without ignorance.

Instead of fists, let’s open our hands and hold each other. Our life is based on making great contributions to this world with our remarkable gifts and talents. This is what makes the world a better place to live in.

It’s time to be gentle with yourselves and others. There are already enough troubles happening around the world. Helping others and expressing kindness is a great way to fight back against these kinds of negativity and absurdities. Remember, we are a creation of God. And this means, it is an absolute duty for us to show kindness.

More healthy eating and less junky eating

Our body is a gift to us. It does everything for us. So, what better way to thank it is by taking care of it. Let’s be grateful for having a beating heart that keeps our eyes open. Never take our health for granted because, over time of unhealthy eating, it will inevitably catch up to us. Make sure everything is done in moderation.

The bottom line is doing more good than bad. Why waste a beautiful life focusing on doing wrong, when you have so much to give?

Final thoughts

The key to longevity and good health is doing the right things. And we must not stop doing the right things based on the wrong actions of others. This is how we rise above and win.

Every day, you have a choice and are given paths. Either you choose the path of despair or you choose the path of Hope. And I certainly “Hope” you choose the healthier path of the two. Worrying sucks and will never change any outcome. You might as well put that aside and bring optimism to the head of the line.

Optimism is powerful. It enables us to do more, accomplish more, and keeps us more consistent. We feel happier with less stress in our minds. When you are optimistic, you will start to see everything improve in every area and aspect of your life. So, do what you have to do to be where you need to be. But do it optimistically.
