FAMILY PROGRAMS

Family Story Time: Tuesday November 5th at 9:30 a.m.
Program runs from: October 22nd to November 26th

Family Storytime is a program for families of parents with children from 1½ (19 months) to 5 years of age to encourage a lifelong love of reading. Join us for stories, bounces, tickles, songs, rhymes and activities and then stay-and-play with your new friends.

Baby Story Time Wednesday November 6th at 9:30 a.m.
Program runs from: October 23rd to November 27th

Baby Storytime is a program for parents with infants (birth – 18 months) to encourage a lifelong love of reading. This program is full of rhythm, rhymes, fingerplays, bounces, tickles, music, songs and simple stories.

DROP-IN ACTIVITY FOR FAMILIES

Drop-In Scavenger Hunt:
Each month is a different theme.

Drop In Craft of the Month:
Each month is a different craft.

ADULT PROGRAMS

Travel by Cook Book! Saturday November 2nd 1- 2:30 p.m.

Learn about a different country or region and its cuisine. This month we focus on dishes from Western Europe. You select and make a recipe from a cookbook, then we all get together to share the finished products!

Once you register for this program, visit the Kingsville Branch to receive your samples of seasoning/spices for the month.

Don’t know what to make? Pick up a cookbook for ideas!

Also, please note … all recipes need to be sent by email or paper copy to the branch before the program … and come hungry!!

Sit & Sew: Mondays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Are you looking for a space to work on your sewing projects? Do you have your own sewing machine and would enjoy the company of other sewing enthusiasts?

Join us for Sit and Sew in our program room on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ironing board is supplied.
