At its November 4, 2024 meeting, Council:
- Approved the Short Term Rental By-law and requested that the By-law and fees be reviewed in one (1) year. Council further approved certain licensing fees to be included in the 2025 Fees and Charges By-law and authorized Administration to submit a schedule of set fines to the Ministry of the Attorney General for approval.
- Repealed By-law 68-1999, being a By-law to issue and charge fees for municipal licences to hunt during the open season for Pheasants and Rabbits.
- Repealed By-law 129-2004, being a By-law to establish and maintain a registry of businesses in the Town of Kingsville and require businesses to register and maintain their registration in the registry.
- Approved By-law 85-2024, as amended, being a By-law to prohibit and regulate public nuisances related to large holiday displays in the Town of Kingsville. Council further authorized Administration to submit a schedule of set fines to the Ministry of the Attorney General for approval.
- Approved the 2025 Regular Council Meeting Schedule.
- Endorsed the Kingsville Operational Plan, Revision 11, dated August 8, 2024.
