Anyone 12 years of age or older whose last vaccine was more than 6 months ago.

Thursday November 28 — 11 a.m.- 4 p.m.

Friday November 30 — 9:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.

Monday December 2 — 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Thursday December 5 — 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.

Friday December 6 — 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Please note that anyone who is significantly immunocompromised may be eligible for additional doses or doses at different time frames than noted above.
