Artists from across Canada and United States propped their easels all over town, grabbing their inspiration from Kingsville’s various landscapes and landmarks, as part of the long-standing outdoor (or “en Plein air” in French) painting tradition that happens every fall in Kingsville.
The four-day competition had over 100 participants competing for awards in three categories:
- Adult Category
- Two-Hour Quick Paint Competition
- Children and Youth Categories
Retired CTV News Anchor, Jim Crichton joined the community at the Great Migration Paint Out Show and Sale Art Exhibition on Sunday to announce the winners, and bring Kingsville’s annual Migration Festival weekend to a close.
