At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Council:

• Received a progress report regarding the Records and Information Management System implementation.

• Approved the draft 2025 Fee Schedule for the Municipality of Leamington.

• Approved new provisions for the Fees and Charges By-law.

• Authorized an agreement with St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology to provide year-round adoption and euthanasia services for dogs from Leamington held at the Leamington Kingsville dog pound.

• Entered into an agreement with The Herrington Group Ltd. for the undertaking of an accessibility compliance review and authorizing the General Counsel / Indigenous Community Liaison to execute the agreement.
