At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Council will:

• Consider a report regarding a request for an exemption to the Pool Standards By-law to reduce the minimum setback between the pool enclosure and the swimming pool from the required 1.22 metres to 0.52 metres.

• Consider a progress report regarding Records and Information Management System implementation.

• Consider the draft 2025 Fee Schedule for the Municipality of Leamington.

• Consider a report regarding new provisions for the Fees and Charges By-law.

• Consider an agreement with the St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology regarding the year-round adoption and euthanasia services for dogs from Leamington held at the Leamington Kingsville dog pound.

• Consider entering into an agreement with The Herrington Group Ltd. for the undertaking of an accessibility compliance review and authorizing the General Counsel / Indigenous Community Liaison to execute the agreement.
