Jean Driedger

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Jean Driedger, on September 13, 2024, at the age of 88. Jean was born to Stanley and Anna Fox of Kingsville. Predeceased by her loving husband John (2019), of 63 years. Beloved mother of Jennifer Freeman (Bill), Jeffrey Driedger (Sandy), David Driedger, Paul Driedger (Betty-Sue), and Diana Humphries (Duane).

Proud Grandma to Greg Freeman, Pamela Bedard (Rob), and Jarrod Freeman (Amanda); Naomi Pol (Tyler), Katie Burns (Dan), and Afton Crandon (Craig); Brittany Johnstone-Levesque (Courtney), Kyle Driedger (Elisa), and Jordan Driedger (Shelby); Rachel, Rebecca, and Ryan Driedger; Bailey and Ty Humphries.

Proud Great Grandma to 19 great grandchildren. Predeceased by granddaughter Christie Freeman (1989) and great grandsons Joseph and Andrew Bedard (2013).

Jean dedicated more than 20 years volunteering at Leamington District Memorial Hospital with her husband John. She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church, Kingsville.

Visitation will take place at Kendrick Funeral Home (Kingsville) on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 1:00 p.m.to 2:00 p.m. It will be followed by a celebration of Jean’s life at 2:00 p.m. Burial to follow at Iler Cemetery.

A special thank you to the staff at Age Care Royal Oak Long Term Care Home in the Mulberry Resident Neighbourhood for their compassionate care and kindness toward Mom and our family. We were blessed to have been a part of their long-term care family!
