Council will review the following applications at its September 9, 2024 meeting:
2014 Road 3 East: An application for a Zoning By-Law Amendment. The applicant wants to change the zoning designation to support a future site plan approval to let the existing micro-brewery operate as an agriculture-related use and add additional accessory uses to the micro-brewery on the property. ZBA-2024-17
719 Seacliff Drive: An application for a Consent and Zoning By-Law Amendment. The applicant wants to remove the site-specific provision on the lot with the residential dwelling; from Lakeshore Residential with a specific exception (LR-2) to Lakeshore Residential (LR) zone. They are also looking to create an additional lot. B-2024-18 and ZBA-2024-9
