Each year, the Face to Face Campaign raises funds for the Fairley Family Transportation Program, which provides rides to medical appointments for Hospice patients and families across our community.

In 2022, we were excited to kick off a new, impactful addition to the program – The G.E.N.I.E. Program – Granting Exceptional N’ Impactful Experiences!

Thanks to our partners at the County of Essex and Essex-Windsor EMS, this new program allows us to provide safe and accessible rides to patients receiving Hospice care, whether in our Hospice Residences or in their own home, who want to request special trips or outings – creating a memorable experience for them and their loved ones.

This year, we are honoured to dedicate the 2024 Face to Face campaign in memory of one of our most dedicated and passionate Hospice Ambassadors, Dr. Jamie Henderson.

For many years, Jamie was one of the Honourary Co-Chairs of our Face to Face Campaign, but his support of our Hospice went far beyond this event, truly personifying the compassion, kindness, and gratitude for which our Hospice is known.

We are proud to celebrate his life, his dedication, and his contributions to our Hospice and our community.

We are also very grateful to Dr. Gary Ing, who will be returning as our Honourary Chair once again this year.
