Planning Items for Review at the July 8, 2024 Council Meeting

Council will review the following applications at its July 8, 2024 meeting:

154 Heritage Road: An application for a zoning bylaw amendment. The developer wants to modify the approved Draft Plan of Subdivision for Heritage Gardens. The original plan included 50 semi-detached dwellings, but the proposed amendment suggests changing this to 15 single-family dwelling units and 28 semi-detached dwelling units, making a total of 43 dwelling units. ZBA-2024-12

4336 Graham Side Road: The proposed change aims to sever the farmhouse from the property. If approved, the property will be rezoned from General Agriculture to Rural Residential, and the remaining farm lot will be rezoned to Restricted Agriculture to prevent any new homes from being built there. B-2024-17 and ZBA-2024-10

1738 Arner Townline: The proposed change aims to sever the farmhouse from the property.
