Patricia Taylor

Patricia, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2024, at the age of 80. Her kind spirit and humorous wit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Predeceased by her father and mother Ernest and Shirley Cox, and her brother “Art” Cox (Theresa). Beloved wife to the late Robert Taylor (2017). Loving mother to her four sons, Edward Arnew, Ernest Arnew, Clifford Arnew (Michel Clifford), and Timothy Taylor (predeceased). Beloved Grandmother to Daniel, Jason, Tiffany, Alicia (Chris), Myles, and Emma. Extra special great Grandmother to Evan, Brodie, Harper, Jasper, Avery, Noah, Presley, and Everly.

Patricia was a dedicated nurse and finished her career with the County of Essex as a home visitor. She did her best for her family, always putting them first and ensuring their happiness and well-being. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren will forever remember her warmth, her stories, and the special way she made each one feel uniquely loved and valued. A woman of quiet strength and full of love, Patricia was the cornerstone of her family.

Patricia’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at both Erie Shores Healthcare and Erie Shores Hospice for the exceptional care Patricia received during her time there.

Visitation to be held at Kendrick Funeral Home, Kingsville on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024, from 9 until 11 a.m. and a celebration of Patricia’s life will begin at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Erie Shores Hospice,197 Talbot St West, Suite 210, Leamington ON N8H 1N8.
