At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, July 23, 2024, Council will:

• Hold a Public Meeting under the Planning Act to consider a proposed Plan of Subdivision on vacant land located on the east side of Ellison Avenue which would rezone the subdivision to site-specific Residential Zone with relief requested for landscaped open space, yard setbacks, and reduced parking requirements.

• Consider entering into a three-year use-of-space agreement with Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare to provide the community with a cardiac illness recovery program.

• Consider authorizing maintenance projects for roadside drainage systems.

• Consider facilitating third party advertising at the Kinsmen Baseball Diamonds for the purpose of future capital improvements at the Kinsmen Baseball Diamonds.

• Consider a request to hire Paid Duty OPP Officers to patrol Seacliff Park on weekends and long weekends until September 15, 2024, together with By-law Enforcement, with such services being funded by the Contingency Reserve Fund.

• Consider entering into an amending agreement with respect to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale of the lands located at 125 Talbot Street West and authorize Administration to execute said agreement.
