    I believe the name you are looking for is Shirley Holbeck. We grew up together on Stanley Street.

    Sorry, one item I did not mention in my comment yesterday.
    The student in the second row identified as Chris Gerencer’s real name is(was?) Chris Gerstheimer.

    Wow, brings back many wonderful memories!
    I had no idea we had that many kids in our class (and no disruptions).
    Shows that properly some enforced discipline works.

    There are 8 individuals in the third row, all young ladies, but there are only 7 names posted. The first four [l to r], Betty Kubis to Shirley Taggart are correct, the last two names, Doreen Walton and Joanne Wallace, I believe are also correct. This leaves one name, Joan Stewart, for two individuals, 5th and 6th in line. Which one is Joan, and who is the unnamed young woman? Perhaps the Kingsville Times readership can solve this mystery.
