At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, April 30, 2024, Council will:

• Hold a Court of Revision under the Drainage Act to consider a new access bridge for the 11th Concession Drain, West Branch.

• Hold a Public Meeting under the Planning Act to consider an application to create a surplus dwelling lot and to change the zoning of the severed residential and agricultural lots at 920 County Road 14.

• Consider a Municipally Significant Event Designation Policy to assist the Clerk in deciding whether to designate an event municipally significant.

• Consider awarding a tender to replace the boiler at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre to TCI Titan Contracting Inc., in the amount of $859,000 plus HST with the additional project costs of $313,200 to be funded from the Recreation Complex Reserve.

• Consider a report from the 2024 Municipal Grants Review Committee recommending the allocation of grant funding to multiple Community Partners and third-party organizations.

• Consider awarding a tender for the Office Renovations Project at the Leamington Pollution Control Centre and Leamington Water Services to TCI Titan Contracting Inc., in the amount of $111,235 excluding HST.
