Daniel Dumont

Passed away peacefully on April 10, 2024 at the age of 79.
Cherished husband of Marlene Dumont for 34 years.
Caring father of Michael (Bo) and Steven Dumont.
Loving step-father and friend of Laurence (Shelley) Wright and Kimberly (Richard) Blanco.
Proud grandpa of Kerwin, Evan, Alex, Melanie, Emily, and Alexander and great-grandpa of Avery, Elias, Walter, and Noa.
Beloved brother of Alice (Christopher) Chancey, and Rachelle Dumont Lebel.

Danny is predeceased by his sister Suzanne, his infant son Joseph, and his parents Jeanne and Joseph Dumont.

He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A special thank you to the staff at Erie Shores Hospice for their care and compassion. Danny’s family would also like to thank the Knights of Columbus (Kingsville) for their kindness and generosity.

Danny was a talented artist, drum maker, and wood worker, he was a member of the Kingsville Art Society, and he enjoyed cooking with the Knights of Columbus special occasion dinners and was a master of Schnitzel.

He was a kind and generous man that enjoyed his family and his home most of all.

Friends and family are invited to visitation at Kendrick Funeral Home on Saturday April 13, 2024 from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m.

A private interment will take place at a later date.

If so desired, donations in memory of Danny may be made to Erie Shores Hospice.
