Are you a woman between the ages of 25 and 69? Have you been sexually active? You should have a Pap test every 3 years.

Mobile Medical Support (MMS) is a community liaison team of healthcare professionals for clients in high priority communities. The goal is to help these client to overcome barriers to healthcare and to connect with community resources.

MMS seeks to help clients in need to receive health assessments, follow-up care, assistance with forms and referrals to definitive care.
