At its February 26, 2024 meeting, Council:

• Approved a consent application to sever land from 292 County Road 34 West to Vacant Land known as CON STR PT LTS 272, 273, and 274, subject to certain conditions. They also approved a Zoning By-law Amendment to re-zone the retained portion of the parcel at 292 County Road 34 West to “Rural Residential.”
• Awarded the replacement of the Kingsville Arena condenser to Black & McDonald.
• Approved the Heritage Estates Subdivision Development Agreement for 25 lots (50 semi-detached residential lots).
