Where’s Neptune? (Water Meter Project Update Feb. 22, 2024)

Kingsville’s Water Meter Upgrade project continues with five new areas opening up in the KS5, KS15, GS8, GS14, and GS15 sections of the map. If you live or own property in these areas, you should receive a letter with booking instructions soon. To book an appointment, please follow the steps outlined in your letter.

Please note, Neptune is only booking appointments for meters located inside the home. However, you may see Neptune Technicians near your property performing this work if there is a pit meter outside your property. Every authorized Neptune technician carries identification, including name, picture, and ID number, and is uniformed.

With the implementation of Automated Metering Infrastructure, we’ll see several benefits, including improved operational efficiency, revenue protection, enhanced customer service, and a better distribution system performance. There are also societal and environmental benefits.
