At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, February 13, 2024, Council will:
- Hold a hearing under the Development Charges Act to consider:
- A development charges complaint regarding Double Diamond Acres Limited.
- Hold a public meeting under the Drainage Act to consider a
- A preliminary report provided by Rood Engineering Inc. regarding a new petition drain along East Beach Road.
- Consider a report regarding Enterprise Content Management Strategy and a request to approve Microsoft SharePoint as the Municipality’s Enterprise Content Management solution.
- Consider a Records and Information Management progress report.
- Consider a municipal workplace attire policy.
- Consider entering into an agreement with Sun Parlour Players Community Theatre for the organization and production of the 2024 Music Onthe42 Summer Concert Series.
- Consider an application of a request for conveyance of Michelle Avenue, Bloomfield Avenue, Sunrise Lane, and Block 148 Southwinds Estates Phase 3 to M.Z.M. Development and Resources Inc.
- Consider a budget update regarding the Erie South Storm Sewer Outfall project.
- Consider amendments to the County Connecting Links agreement.
- Consider purchasing three 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pick-up trucks in the amount of $159,924 excluding HST from John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC, New Hamburg, Ontario.
- Consider an annual report regarding the Leamington Seniors’ Advisory Committee.
- Consider authorizing administration to enter into an agreement with the City of Windsor for a Child Care Subsidy program with the Children Services department.
- Consider a part lot control exemption for Bevel Line Village Phase 1.
