Kingsville Town Council will review the following applications at its February 5, 2024 Council meeting:
– 308 Road 8 West & 314 Road 8 West: The applicant is proposing a lot addition to accommodate an upgrade to an existing septic system for a proposed new warehouse. The zoning amendment & official plan amendment are also required to allow for an industrial use. OPA & ZBA-2024-1 & B-2024-1
– 297 Glass Avenue: An application for a zoning by-law amendment. The applicants are proposing to demolish the existing house and build a semi-detached dwelling. To accommodate their plans, an amendment to the zoning to permit the semi-detached dwelling & to allow for a reduced interior side-yard setback is required. ZBA-2023-19
