At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, January 9, 2024, Council will:

• Hold a Court of Revision under the Drainage Act to consider a petition for a new drain for the Atkinson Lockerty Drain, East Branch.

• Consider entering into an agreement with ADP Inc. for a new Human Resources Information System.

• Consider contributing $55,000 to the South Essex Arts Association for the delivery of four Mill Street Markets in 2024.

• Consider supporting a resolution from Tay Township advocating for changes to the Funeral, Burial and Cremations Services Act regarding cemeteries.

• Consider appointing Drainage Commissioners to municipal drainage schemes for the 2024 year.

• Consider assuming municipal services installed in the Destiny Estates Subdivision – Phase 2 and 3.
