Cooper’s Hawk Vineyards is entering its 9th year in business. The winery and vineyard sit on 67 acres of beautiful property in Essex County.  Our restaurant, The Vines, has just finished its 5th year of operation.

Our award-winning winery produces 30 different wines. We feel that there is something for everyone here at CHV.  We thrive on keeping our very loyal customers happy.

The Retail store is open:
Sunday through Thursday from noon to 5 p.m.
Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Vines restaurant is open:
Sunday through Wednesday from noon to 4 p.m.
Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
