The Essex Soil and Crop Improvement Association (ESCIA) is having its 2023 annual meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2023, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.  Door registration starts at 8:30 am.  Please preregister by December 5 by email mdick@erca.org, or call 519-259-1461.  An interesting and informative schedule has been planned that will benefit both full time and part-time farmers.

The meeting will be located at St. John’s Parish Hall, 1782 Oriole Park Drive, South Woodslee with an admission of $50.00, which includes a 2024 ESCIA membership and lunch.  Current issues in agriculture will be the emphasis of the meeting with displays from various government organizations, agricultural suppliers, local retailers, and equipment dealers.
