Donna Merritt
We are sad to announce the peaceful passing of Donna Merritt on October 31, 2023 at the age of 95.
Beloved wife of the late James “Mac” Merritt (2012).
Cherished mother of Terry (Linda) and Marie Corrine Noel.
Proud grandma of Rebecca and Rachel and great-grandma of Bradley and Jorden.
Loving sister of Gloria (late Art) Caza, Yvonne (late Charlie) Shires, and predeceased by her siblings Verna Bullee, Mona (Gerald) Pearce, Darlene (late Ken) Hickmott, and Rodney (late Anne) Shaw.
Donna was born in Kingsville to the late Ernest(1969) and Hazel(1975) Shaw.
Donna will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Visitation at Kendrick Funeral Home – Kingsville on Saturday, November 4 from 11:00am until time of celebration of life will take place at 1:00p.m.
A private interment will take place at Greenhill Cemetery at a later date.

I was deeply saddened to read about the passing of your mother. I met your mom in 1978 and her and I shared many visits and conversations during those 45 years. Donna was a sweet precious lady who I loved as my dear friend, and I will cherish every memory of her in my heart forever. May each one of you find comfort in the cherished moments you shared together, and may her memory bring you peace from the Lord during this time of loss. I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. With love and remembrance.
