Changes To Leamington Municipal Services for Remembrance Day

This year, Remembrance Day takes place on Saturday, November 11. In observance of this, the Leamington Municipal Building will be closed on Monday, November 13. Residents can continue to report non-urgent municipal issues online at leamington.ca/reportanissue.

Remembrance Day Ceremony

The annual Remembrance Day ceremony will be held at the Leamington Cenotaph on Saturday, November 11.

A parade will start at the corner of Fox Street and Mill Street West at 10:30 AM and end at the Cenotaph, where the ceremony will begin. Anyone attending the service is asked to arrive at the Cenotaph by 10:45 AM.

Leamington Recreation

The Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre will be open for regular programming on Saturday, November 11 and Monday, November 13. Visit leamington.ca/recreation for more information.

Leamington Transit

LT-Go Transit and LTW Transit will operate on a regular schedule on Saturday, November 11 and Monday, November 13.

Leamington Parks

All Leamington recreational trails, playgrounds, and parks, including the off-leash dog park, are open on November 11. Visit leamington.ca/parks to discover our parks and trails.

Garbage and Recycling

There are no changes to regularly scheduled garbage and recycling collection because of the holiday.
