54th Annual Migration Fall Festival Runs October 19-22

The Migration Fall Festival is happening this weekend! This year will mark the 54th annual Migration Fall Festival here in Kingsville. There will be a lot going on!

Come and celebrate the return of the Migration Fall Festival Parade this Saturday, October 21, starting at 10 a.m.

This weekend, we’ll also be having the Great Migration Paint Out, the Migration Fall Festival Marketplace, Community Bike Tours, activities for the kids, and more. Find out more about the Migration Fall Festival here.

Kingsville welcomes the community to a celebration of migration, heritage, nature conservation and, of course, Jack Miner.

Come out to Jack Miner’s

Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary is hosting various activities, such as a maze, a car show slow roll, and much more.

October 21 & 22
from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tour the buildings at Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary. There will be crafts and activities for the kids.

Wander through the straw maze and around the fish pond. Plenty of vendors will be on hand!

October 21
at noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Come see the Canadian Raptor Conservancy Shows

October 22
from 9 a.m. – noon 
Enjoy a pancake breakfast. Donations are welcome.

from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Tour with Bike Windsor Essex

Bike Windsor Essex will be joining the Migration Fall Festival, first in the parade, and later they’re offering a bike tour.

Migration Fest Parade “Bike Flotilla” + Honkin’ Round the Town Bike Tour
Saturday, October 21 from 9:30 a.m. – noon
Parade staging area meet up: 9:30am on Wigle Ave (near the Peterson Spring building at 208 Wigle Ave)

Join Bike Windsor Essex in the Migration Fest Parade and then for a leisurely bike tour around Kingsville with stops at festival sites. Feel free to sport anything fall, harvest or migration themed!

The route has on-road and gravel trail sections. Suitable for average and higher level riders. Weather permitting. Free!

Jack Miner Harvest Bike Tour
Sunday, October 22 from 1 – 3 pm.
Ride departs from the Carnegie Arts & Visitors Centre

Join Bike Windsor Essex on a special Migration Fall Festival bike tour celebrating the harvest season with stops at farm stands and the Jack Miner Migratory Bird Sanctuary in Kingsville.

The route has on-road and gravel trail sections. Suitable for intermediate and higher level riders. Approximately 20 km roundtrip. Weather permitting. Free!
