Planning Items for Review at September 19 Committee of Adjustment & Appeals

The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following notices at its September 19, 2023, meeting:

  1. 458 County Road 34 West: An application for minor variance. The applicant is proposing an addition to an existing single-detached dwelling and is requesting relief from the minimum front set-back requirements, as the proposed addition extends past the building envelope. A-2023-8
  2. 1068 Birch Avenue: An application for minor variance. The applicants are proposing to build a single-detached dwelling and is requesting relief from the exterior side-yard setback in their zone to accommodate their plans. A-2023-9
  3. The 77 Store Inc. 1560 County Road 34: An application for minor variance. The applicant is proposing to re-develop the existing commercial space to include a retail grocery store and restaurant. They are requesting relief from the Town’s parking provisions for a Commercial zone to accommodate their proposed plans. A-2023-10
  4. 1466 Heritage Road & 1468 Heritage Road: An application for a lot addition. The owners of 1466 Heritage Road are proposing to add a portion from 1468 Heritage Road to their property to increase the size of their lot. B-2023-12

The meeting starts at 6:00 pm. Please review the above notices and follow the directions to submit your comments.
