Boutros, Thomas David

Passed away peacefully on August 16, 2023 with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband and best friend of Marina for over 30 years. Loving father of Matthew Boutros and Hanna Boutros. He is already terribly missed by his beloved furbaby Luna.

Dear son of the late Michael and Hanna Boutros. Loved brother of Jim (Gisele), John, the late Alex (2020), the late Joseph (2009) (Agnes), Laura Wiens (Jake), Hazel Rashwan (Sarkis), and Theresa DiMenna. Son-in-law of Franjo and Mira Katkic. Dear brother-in-law of Dan Katkic, Sandy and Kyle Hartley. Tom will be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tom worked at Community Living Essex County and had a love for his coworkers and the people he supported. He volunteered with St. Vincent de Paul at their tax clinic. Tom was a valued Grand Knight with Kingsville Council 8233 and a Counsellor with John Atkinson Columbian Squires Circle 5147. He was very tech-savvy, being everyone’s go-to for tech support.

Tom was a kind, gentle soul, with a quick wit. He was very faithfilled, belonging to St. John de Brebeuf Church. His compassion was felt by everyone who knew him. 

Visitation at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) on Sunday, August 20, 2023 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m.

Knights of Columbus prayers at 3:00 p.m. Visitation continues at St. Michael’s Parish, 29 Elliott Street, Leamington on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. until the Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
