Kingsville Town Council has approved an amendment to the existing Property Standards By-law 31-1999 that prohibits positioning exterior lighting in a way that causes impairment to the use or enjoyment of neighbouring properties. This restriction was previously limited to commercial and industrial properties but now applies to all areas of Kingsville.

The Town is extending a 30-day grace period before enforcement starts to give residents time to adjust. We will investigate complaints received after September 18, 2023.
