Kingsville Library Displays Katherine Roth’s Art in August

Kingsville Art Wall Display:

The Kingsville Branch is pleased to feature Katherine Roth, a local artist from Amherstburg, whose works will be on display for the month of August.

Katherine has enjoyed a lifelong journey with creativity. Her passion for painting began over 20 years ago and since then she has become known for her dreamy, abstract acrylic landscapes.

She often paints her impression of an early sunrise, the last light of a sunset, drifting clouds or scenes from the beaches of Pelee Island and beyond.

Art aficionados and collectors often say that her atmospheric paintings evoke ethereal feelings of peace and tranquility and are easy to get lost in while viewing them, as if watching colourful clouds drifting by.

Katherine’s creative techniques are mesmerizing. A calming, comforting effect occurs in any interior space where her work is displayed.

Her paintings are in collections in Amherstburg, Windsor, Ottawa, Toronto, Stratford and Pelee Island, Ontario, as well as in the United States, England and Scotland.
