The Town of Kingsville’s Urban Road Program takes place this month and impacts Redwood, Greenwood, Whitewood and Cottonwood Roads. There are three phases of roadwork planned.
First, the contractor will repair a manhole at the intersection of Whitewood and Seacliff Drive. The second phase consists of removing the existing asphalt and paving the base asphalt. Lastly, they will pave the surface asphalt and paint stop bars and intersections.
During each phase, streets will reduce to a single lane of alternating traffic, and you may be unable to access the road for short periods. We appreciate your patience.

Our house backs on to Jasperson. My husband and I have observed the majority of drivers (including school buses, heavy trucks, motorcycles ,you name it) totally ignor the 50km max speed limit and drive VERY fast! We have called the OPP and the town numerous times to PLEASE do something to slow down drivers. Last year our neighborhood took up a petition and submitted it to the township and OPP. A speed reminder was placed for a short time. Kids sometimes ride their bikes or skate boards on the road. How about placing bumps? Maybe that will help. With the completion of the school, and the new housing development, traffic will only increase. Our hope is that SOMTHING will be done before there is a death, injury or accident. This is supposed to be a QUIET, residential area. Please put some teeth in making drivers SLOW DOWN!!!
County road 20….Past the Home Hardware driving west
Needs white lines painted on each side. This road is very dark at night especially when its raining.
A Bike lane would also be a good idea. Lots of people bike on county road 20.
In Golfside
Conservation Blvd., and Golfview. In this area there are many drivers who use these two streets as race tracks. Stop signs mean nothing to them. We have many many children in this area and their safety should be above anything else. Street calming devices are greatly needed even put in more stop signs would maybe help to stop the racing.
The traffic coming off of county road 50 through the Neighborhood since Conservation was opened up to is enormous. This area should be closed off to help alleviate the traffic through our streets.
I live on Creekview Blvd and there are eight homes on this street. The heavy truck traffic, the msny cars using this street is terrible. The trucks turn left unto Creekview then turn right unto Golfview where as they can just keep going up Conservation to the construction site or up to county road 50.
Its the same with trucks and cars coming off Golfview unto Creekview. They turn left unto Creekview then turn right unto Conservation. Makes no sense when they can keep going straight up Golfview to county road 20. This are is very heavily trafficked.
