At the Leamington Council meeting on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, Council will:
- Hold a Court of Revision under the Drainage Act to consider the following matters:
- Improvements to the Gorrell Drain.
- Lebo Creek Drain – Watershed Rehabilitation Project.
- Hold a Public Meeting under the Drainage Act to consider the following matters:
- Legalization of the berm relocation and installation of a gate for the Cotterie Park Berm Section 78.
- Installation of a secondary access bridge over the Lebo Creek Drain Section 78.
- Hold a Public Meeting under the Planning Act to consider the following matters:
- Consent Application B-15-23 for the vacant property located on the south side of Robson Road to sever a parcel of land from the property and add it to the adjacent property at 172 Robson Road.
- Consent Application B-16-23 to add land from 31-35 Victoria Avenue South to the south side of 26 Setterington Street and Zoning By-law Amendment Application (ZBA) No. 282 to change the zoning of the severed lands from a Residential (R2) Zone to a Commercial Uptown (C1-3) Zone.
- Consent Application B-17-23 for property located at 31-35 Victoria Avenue South to sever the lands from the north side of 31-35 Victoria Avenue South to create a new residential lot fronting on Victoria Avenue South.
- Consider a report regarding a one-year advertising agreement with the Leamington Flyers within the Highbury Arena.
