On Monday night the Jr Girls Powerhouse Greys played their last game of the regular season, defeating Essex 1 over 6 innings.

Wark and Hailey recorded 4 hits, Bria, Jasmine and Mia had 3 while Isla, Tori, Kyle, Isabella, Woody and Riley each had 2 knocks.

Jasmine and Isabella both recorded home-runs and Isla had a big triple in the 1st inning.

The Golden Glove awards went to Woody, Jasmine, Riley and Kylie.

Woody and Kylie both made terrific plays at pitcher, throwing out multiple batters. Jasmine had an unassisted out at first-base and Riley provided stellar defence behind the plate, while also executing a perfect relay play when a ball reached the outfield.

The girls take to the field again this Friday when they travel to Leamington for the season-ending wrap-up tournament.
